~Caroline~: My name is Caroline Ritzer and I live in Allen, TX. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English. My favorite elective classes focused on children’s literature, fairy tales and folk lore, and literature of the fantastic. I am currently a student at Texas Woman's University in my fourth semester pursuing a Masters of Library Science. My career goal is to become a Library Media Specialist. I am blessed to start my sixth year in education as a first year Special Education Teacher. I am excited about my Master’s program because I think it will help me better serve my community. I also know that it will help me become a better teacher. I know that the knowledge I gain from my classes will help me create a welcoming and engaging library experience for the children in my future position as a Library Media Specialist.
